ODT Forum – Virtual Participation
Welcome to the ODT 2020 Forum! This Forum has a very special functioning due to the COVID19 crisis. We have an on-site forum at the Ecosite d’Eurre in the Drôme. Many participants cannot join us there! As a result, we have replicated the on-site Forum into two separate Forums parallel to the on-site event. The Forum in French and English will take place mainly in ZOOM. A separated Forum for South-America will take place in parallel.
The programme of the virtual Forum french/english is available in opening the link below. For exclusive access to the plenary sessions and discussions in the workshops (30 minutes after each 60-minute phase of the contributors’ presentations of each session), each participant who has registered will receive an email with an individual link to register and have personal access to these sessions (see where it is indicated « VOICEBOXER » on the programme for the virtual Forum below).Additionnally, a link to a web-page with video recordings of all contributions and visits, subtitled and available in en/en/es, will be sent to all participants on Monday morning at the start of the Forum, and will be accessible during the 3 days of the Forum to all registered participants. This video-repository will allow everyone discovering the Biovallée through its actors involved in the agro-ecological transition of a territory, as well as the richness of all the workshops and contributions from all continents!
Procedure:
Most of the sessions will take place on zoom and the rest will take place on the Voiceboxer platform. The email you provided for the billing form will be used to send you your different accesses. Before the start of the Forum, thank you for completing the following steps:
- For Zoom: Creation of a zoom account with the email address you provided. For the “username” field, please indicate your full name. This will be used to identify you and allow you to join the zoom session.
- For Voiceboxer: Install Firefox and Google Chrome. The use of Voiceboxer is recommended on these two browsers. If you are having trouble using it, please try using the other browser.
